Accelerated Implementation of Product Safety Functionality within SAP EHS and MSDS Automation

Product safety functionality within SAP Environment, Health, and Safety Management (SAP EHS) is the cornerstone of product stewardship, powering everything from regulatory checks and compliance reporting to dynamic generation of material safety data sheets (MSDS). With more than 50 successful implementations of SAP EHS Management (SAP EHS), Linx/AS brings rich experience to its projects and shares in this presentation the best practices for accelerating implementation by up to 35%. This includes solutions to common challenges such as loading and maintenance of large amounts of regulatory data (e.g., UN List substances) and content (e.g., standard phrases/text for MSDS), the implementation and management of complex rules to perform compliance assessments and generate multiple reports, and satisfying requirements for multi-lingual report generation, as well as the ability and flexibility to comply with global and regional regulations from the same database.
